Henan Province
Manufacturing Facility
Established in 1958 as a producer of internal combustion engine parts, this facility produces over 8 million cylinder liners, 1 million pistons, and 2 million bushings annually. Utilizing the first automated flexible production line in China, Henan prides itself on developing and using new technologies for casting and machining of liners. Developed jointly with Slinger, Henan utilizes centrifugal casting technology for the production of Centribond ™ liners. Larger liners for diesel, tractor, and marine use are also efficiently cast using the centrifugal process.

Guangdong Province
Manufacturing Facility
A leader in centrifugally cast liners, this facility specializes in induction hardened and ground liners for diesel engines. With both cupola and electric melting capabilities, large scale production capacity and laser honing, a wide variety of liners can be efficiently produced. In a separate factory, aluminum pistons are manufactured complete for OEM and aftermarket use, with the highest quality standards.

Located within the prime industrial area of Northern Mexico, this manufacturing facility offers all the advantages that NAFTA affords both American and Mexican companies alike. With high production capacity and ISO 9002 quality assurance, we can inventory and deliver liners on a just-in-time basis for local aluminum block producers. This efficient and talented manufacturing staff brings over 50 years of casting and machining expertise to the production process.
